A R Krishna Sastri

Prof. A R Krishna Sastri was a journalist, scholar, polyglot, and a pioneer of the modern Kannada renaissance, who founded the literary journal Prabuddha Karnāṭaka. His Vacana-bhārata and Kathāmṛta are classics of Kannada literature while his Saṃskṛta-nāṭaka and Bankimacandra are of unrivalled scholarship.

Arundhati Sundar

Dr. Arundhati Sundar currently works as the Academic Outreach for Chinmaya International Foundation at the Adi Sankara Nilayam, Kerala. Her study of the Bhagavad Geeta was kindled by her Guru, Swami Chinmayananda. She has been involved as a sevika of Balavihar, Youth and Adult Study Groups of the Chinmaya Mission in Mumbai, NJ (US), and Singapore. She served as a volunteer docent of the Asian Civilisation Museum in Singapore for over eight years, she describes herself as a storyteller and an educator with an objective of sparking the love for Indic Culture in the younger generation.

B R Prabhakar

B R Prabhakar, a Cost Accountant by profession, is deeply interested in Vedas, Upanishads, Sanskrit, Carnatic Music, literature and Indian Philosophy. He has retired from HAL, a Defense PSU, as General Manager (Finance) and has participated as a prcchaka in several avadhanas of Shatavadhani Dr. R. Ganesh. Presently he is practising as a Management Consultant.

Devanahalli Venkataramanayya Gundappa (1887-1975) was a great visionary and polymath. He was a journalist, poet, art connoisseur, philosopher, political analyst, institution builder, social commentator, social worker, and activist.

Dhruva Somayaji

Dr. N T Bhat

Prof. N Thirumaleshwara Bhat holds a PhD in the German language and has taught English and German at various levels in different institutions of Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka. He has translated numerous works across Kannada, English and German languages. He was conferred with the Order of Merit by the President of the Federal Republic of Germany in 1993 and is also the recipient of the Sediyapu Award in 2019. His independent works include a monograph on Manjeshwar Govind Pai and on Kushi Haridasa Bhatta.

Dr. Ramakrishna Pejathaya

Dr. Ramakrishna Pejathaya is a Sanskrit scholar proficient in Jyotiṣa and Vyākaraṇa. He is a practioner of Avadhāna, a classical Indian performing art form. He currently serves as Associate Professor in the Centre for Indian Knowledge Systems at Chanakya University, Bengaluru.

Dr. S L Bhyrappa

Arguably the foremost novelist of modern India, S L Bhyrappa began his literary journey in the 1950s with a few of his works being published for private circulation. In 1961, his first major work Dharmashree was published and ever since, he has written several masterpieces such as Aavarana, Daatu, Grhabhanga, Mandra, Nele, Parva, and Vamshavrksha.

Dr. S R Ramaswamy

Nadoja Dr. S R Ramaswamy is a renowned journalist, writer, art critic, environmentalist, and social activist. He has authored over fifty books and thousands of articles. He was a close associate of stalwarts like D. V. Gundappa, Rallapalli Anantakrishna Sharma, V Sitaramaiah, and others. He is currently the honorary Editor-in-Chief of Utthana and served as the Honorary Secretary of the Gokhale Institute of Public Affairs for many years.

Dr. Shobha Shashikumar

Dr. Shobha Shashikumar is an acclaimed Bharatanṛtya danseuse, choreographer, researcher, teacher, and writer. With the backing of the concepts of alaṅkāra-śāstra, her special focus includes the blending of the technique of mārga-karaṇas and Bharatanatyam aḍavus. She has been specially acknowledged for her presentations of kāvya and vedānta based literature, which have been highly appreciated by scholars and common spectators alike. Being equipped with both theoretical and practical capabilities, she is one of the most sought-after resource persons.

Dr. Shreyas Acharya

Dr. Shreyas Acharya Neelavara is a development engineer working in France. He has an interest in Indian classical music with training in vocal and flute. He also has abiding interest in classical literature.

Dr. Sripathi Shastry

After securing a gold medal at the Maharaja's College, Mysore, Dr. Sripathi Shastry went on to pursue an MA in History and a Ph.D at Pune University. He served as the Head of the Department of History, Pune University for several decades in addition to being one of the most prominent leaders of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. A polyglot and polymath, Dr. Shastry was widely read in Indian and Western literature, Indian and world History, several areas of Indian culture and spirituality. He travelled across the world delivering lectures and seminars on Indian culture and history. His speech on Christianity in India was later made into a booklet titled Retrospect: The RSS View on Christianity in India.
